VIVID Distilled monoglyceride is a generally accepted additive which is widely applied in food,medicine,pharmacy, plastic packing industry and cosmetics.HI20 has a property of emulsification dispersibility, stabilization, foam maintaining, retroaradation resistance of starch, and perform well in dispersibilitv especialyn ice-cream and non-dairy creamer, whipping efficiency and bubble structure are improved by using H20melting resistance is enhanced in ice-cream at the same time.
