Simple solution:
1. Include basic information, design scale, inlet water quality,
discharge requirements, and other requirements.
2. Include preliminary process flow diagram and explanation.
3. Contains roughly the main equipment units and main equipment.
4. Provide a list of main buildings and dimensions
5. Main indicators including preliminary estimated total price or
unit quotation list, electricity consumption, operating costs, land
area, etc.
6. We do not provide process unit calculations, elevation
flowcharts, or preliminary overall plans.
What the customer needs to provide:
1. Project location, basic inflow water quality or industry
category, design scale and other operating conditions. Provide the
completion drawings of various specialties of the existing sewage
station for renovation (optional), reasons for renovation/existing
problems, actual inflow and outflow water quantity and quality,
process and equipment operation status, etc.
2. Emission/reuse standard requirements, including water, gas,
slag/mud.
3. Floor area, size, and surrounding environment (optional).
4. The general budget concept of the owner (optional).
5. The process recommended or preferred by the owner (optional).
6. Pre project materials (environmental impact assessment,
feasibility study, etc.)+(preferably available, optional).
7. Plan time requirements.
8. Customer's own introduction materials, etc. (if needed by the
customer).
What we provide to customers:
1. Provide process route, flowchart, and main supporting
explanations
2. Responsible for ensuring that the process meets the owner's
requirements
3. Provide a list of major equipment or units
4. Provide the main dimensions of buildings and structures
5. Provide main indicators such as land occupation, investment,
freight, and electricity consumption.
6. Calculation sheets, detailed equipment lists, drawings, etc. are
not provided.
Plan duration and format:
1. 3-5 working days.
2. PDF electronic version.
Fee standard:
1. The starting fee for the plan is 1500 yuan.
2. The maximum fee for the plan is 6000 yuan.
3. Charge 0.1% of the total investment according to the plan. The
fee for the 1500 to 6000 interval above will be calculated based on
actual costs. Fees will be charged based on the first two standards
for items below or exceeding.
4. Calculate separately for special or complex processes.
5. The renovation project will be increased by 5-20% based on the
above foundation.
