of 2.6 by 1.2 meters at a 1:150 scale, this scale model
encapsulates the essence of a commercial complex comprising three
office buildings, one apartment block, two residential buildings, a
kindergarten, and a sprawling shopping mall. Our focus was to
highlight the intricate designs of the office and apartment
buildings, leaving the rest of the components represented in
transparent solid acrylic for a sleek, modern look.
Breaking New Grounds in Model Making
Embarking on this ambitious project, our team set a blistering
pace, completing the model in an astonishing 11 days—a timeline
unheard of in the realm of architectural models. This feat was
divided into two critical phases: three days dedicated to
preliminary design and prototyping, followed by eight days of
intense physical model construction.

The creation of the Xinsha scale model is a narrative of
craftsmanship and advanced technological integration. Utilizing
cutting-edge processes such as coated glass laser cutting, 3D
printing, and CNC cutting, each building within the model was

touch was achieved through hand making by our team of over ten
skilled model makers, ensuring that each piece resonated with

lighting system. Equipped with 4000K color temperature LED lights,
