Product Description
The Curtain PVC profile is widely used in western country. It has
convinent and smart features. It needs to use vergin raw material
with special formula. In order to make smooth and high capacity
curtain PVC profile, our machine used 51/105 22kw extruder with
150-200KG/H output. Our extrusion mould is 3Cr17 material with
delicated design of the inner channel. It ensures the flow of the
raw material inside and the surfaceo of the material. The Vacuum
and cooling table is six meters long. The haul-off machine is two
caterpillar haul-off with best quality rubber. It has long working
lifetime and good quality. The saw cutter is driven by AC motor. It
has short production cycle and fast cutting speed.
Design details:
For this pvc curtain profile extrusion line, our customers want to
produce a special-shaped profile. So we choose SJSZ51/105 22kw
extruder. The extruder is controlled by buttons. It has goodquality
inverter and electrical contractors. The mould is specially
processed in order to keep the profile having good performance. Our
calibration table is 8 meters long. All the connection parts for
the calibration table is 3mm SUS304. Our haul-offs rubber has
special curvatures ensuring the pulling force of the profile. When
trial running of this line, our machine extrudes perfect profile.

Conical Twin Screw Extruder
The screws are specifically designed and manufactured for the
processing of dry pvc powder blend. Our conical twin screw extruder
design cater to the raw materials feature ensuring homogeneous
mixture, better plastification and conveying efficiency. The
permanent magnet synchronous motor provide high energy efficiency
for the extruder. Equipped with PLC control system, it realized
controlling the whole production line in the one site.
Mould
Our mould is processed by 40Gr forging and coated hard chromium on
surface. The material of whole Vacuum calibrating sleeves is copper
Calibration table
The calibration table has stable steel frame and the whole body
material is SUS 304 stainless steel. We have multi-dimension
position adjustment system. With precious layout of water pumps and
vacuum calibrator, the PVC profile will be rapidly shaping and
cooling. Enough length of the calibration table ensures the shaping
of the PVC profile
Haul-off
The force distribution along each caterpillars has sufficient
hauling force. We offer good-quality rubber for the haul-off
machine. The pneumatic pressure is conducive to the easy adjustment
and product protection.
Cutter
It adopts saw cutting method. It is sharp enough to cut the pvc
profile without destroying its inner structure.
Stacker
The cut product will lay down on the stacker one by one. And the
workers will pack them into a balk. It is useful for carrying and
transporting.
