Cafss Novec1230 fire suppression system without pollution for

Perfluorohexanone (Novec1230) is stored in liquid form, but
vaporized immediately after being ejected, completely submerged in
the protected space. Novec 1230 is a clear, colorless and tasteless
detergent and an effective substitute for halon gas. The area where
electronic equipment works and irreplaceable high-value assets are
located. For example, museums, banks, clean rooms, hospitals, etc.,
using water as fire extinguishing agent will have the same
destructive effect as the fire itself. But Novec 1230 did it.
The ozone depletion potential (ODP) of Novec 1230 is zero, the
global warming potential (GWP) is one, and its life in the
atmosphere is only five days, which makes Novec 1230 the cleanest
and most environmentally friendly chemical fire extinguishing agent
at present.

Working Principle
The working principle of the PFH automatic fire extinguishing
system is that when a fire occurs, the system detector detects the
fire source, and the controller will automatically open the vent
valve to release the Novec1230 /FK-5-1-12 fire extinguishing agent
from the pipe network and enter the fire extinguishing area to
extinguish the fire. The fire extinguishing system is an ideal fire
extinguishing device with simple operation, high automation and
fast and effective fire extinguishing.

Components
Pipe network Novec1230 fire suppression device is composed of the
follow-up components: Novec1230 agent, Novec1230 cylinders,
container valves, flexible hoses, liquid flow check valves, a set
of manifold, a safety valve, pressure switch, nitrogen driving
device(s), driving device frame, gas control pipe, gas flow check
valves(it depends), selective valves(it depends), a pair of elbows
and flanges, nozzles.
If one set device needs to protect multiple protected zones, its
composition is as above.
However, if one set system just needs to protected single protected
zone, the gas flow check valve and the selective valve should be
got rid of from its composition.
Application
Electronic computer room, a data processing center,
telecommunications facilities, process control, expensive medical
equipment, industrial equipment, library, museum and art gallery,
clean room, anechoic chamber, emergency power facilities, flammable
liquid storage area, etc.
The place where the fire is easy to happen, like paint-spraying
production line, aging-electrical equipment, rolling machine,
printing machine, oil switch, oil immersed transformer, melt
impregnating tank, tank, large generators, drying equipment, cement
pro duction process of pulverized coal, and the ship's engine room,
cargo hold, etc.

suppression system compared to other fire suppression system.
1/ It is the single zone Novec1230 fire suppression system that can
protect the largest volume among the Novec1230 fire suppression
system. Only a single zone system can protect at most 3600 cubic
meters.
2/ Using single zone Novec1230 fire suppression system can help
saving money. Obviously, using several systems are more expensive
than only using one.
3/ It helps saving place. Because it needs a separate room outside
but next to the protected zone, so it won’t waste the places in the
protected zone.
4/ The single cylinder has large capacity. It has 120l, 150l, and
180l capacity.
Packages
We always pack it with polyfoam firstly and then put it into a
wooden case. Sometimes, in order to meet with customers or the
safety requirement, we will make a pallet for the goods.
