Product Introduction:
Spot welding robot welding tongs are another new type of welding
tongs, following manual and automatic welding tongs. They have a
significant impact on the effectiveness and potential of robots. By
designing four unique floating mechanisms with automatic
compensation function for spot welding robot welding tongs,
automatic adjustment welding and electrode wear adjustment
functions that cannot be achieved by machine and human welding are
achieved.
Advantages:
1. Welding tongs mainly consist of transformers, cylinders or servo
motors, welding arms, floating balance devices, welding tongs
brackets, and other parts;
2. The welding pliers adopt a modular design and can be equipped
with different power frequency or intermediate frequency
transformers. The actuator adopts cylinders or servo motors with
different stroke and pressure, which can adapt to various

bending or alloy aluminum plate or strong brass casting to ensure
structural strength;
4. The mechanical connection with the robot adopts standard
interfaces and is compatible with various mainstream robot
integrated systems. Special electrical connections can be
