Magnetic Suspension Centrifugal Vacuum Pump is a product of high
efficiency, energy saving andenvironment-friendly that is directly
mounted by high-speed PMSM and ternary flow centrifugaimpeller. The
shaft vibration is timely supervised by build-in displacement
sensor. The collecteddata will be input to the Magnetic Suspension
Bearing Controller for computation to generate thecontrol current.
This current will be input to the windings of Magnetic Suspension
Bearing to generate the magnetic force for suspension.
PMSM generates frequency controllable current via inverter, this
current will be input to the motor
stator to generate rotation magnetic field to drive the shaft
rotating at high speed.
The impeller driven by high-speed rotating shaft will throw out the
air in the impeller,negative pres.sure is generated at the
impeller.External air continuously enters the impeller from the
inlet pipe.Then will be discharged from volute casing outlet.The
inlet pipe was connected with the vacuumpoint to realize the
function of vacuum pumping.
