Operational principle:
Vertical kiln according to the principle of countercurrent heat transfer. The materials inside the kiln move from top to bottom, and the smoke passes through the entire material column from bottom to top. The materials are preheated, calcined, and cooled inside the kiln
The working system includes a feeding and discharging system, a combustion system, an open air system, and a smoke exhaust system. The working system of the artificial vertical kiln is relatively simple. The raw materials and coke (or smokeless medium) are manually layered and fed into the kiln from the kiln, and heated by the flue gas from the lower part. As the material moves downwards, coke burns in the gaps between the raw materials. The combustion air is fed into the kiln by the blowing system from the bottom of the kiln (bottom air) or the periphery of the cooling belt (waist air), or both at the same time. The exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney on the roof.
