Equipment Working Principle
The crushing chamber is composed of two jaw plates, a moving jaw
and a fixed jaw, to simulate the movement of the animal's two jaws
and complete the material crushing operation. Widely used in

highways. It can be used for crushing various ores and bulk
materials. The movable jaw plate performs periodic reciprocating
motion on the fixed jaw plate, sometimes approaching and sometimes
separating. When the jaw plate approaches, the material is crushed
due to compression, splitting, and impact between the two jaw
plates; When the jaw plate is separated, the already broken
material is discharged from the discharge port due to gravity.

Regular Maintenance
1. Regularly turn off the jaw crusher and inspect the machine. When
any stone crushing equipment is turned on or off, it is important
to regularly turn off the jaw crusher and inspect the internal wear
of the machine, such as the wear of the central feeding pipe, cone
cap, impeller upper and lower flow channel lining plates,
circumferential protective plates, and wear-resistant blocks. The
severely worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner and
repaired. At the same time, pay attention to the weight, model, and
size of the replaced parts, and be sure to replace them according
to the original component parameters.
2. Regular inspection of jaw fracture transmission belt. Jaw
breaking conveyor belt is an indispensable part of the stone
production line, and the driving force of the machine is attributed
to the conveyor belt. Regularly adjust the tightness of the
conveyor belt to ensure even force distribution. When driven by
dual motors, the triangular tape on both sides should be grouped
and selected to ensure that the length of each group is as
consistent as possible. If you find that the wear of the drive belt
is too severe, please replace it in a timely manner.
3. Lubrication of mechanical components. The jaw crusher adopts
special grade automotive lubricating grease or 3 lithium based
grease, and an appropriate amount of lubricating grease is added
every 400 working hours; Work for 2000 hours, open the spindle
assembly to clean the bearings; Replace the bearings with new ones
after working for 7200 hours.
In addition, to ensure the normal operation of the jaw crusher, in
addition to correctly operating the jaw breaker, planned
maintenance must be carried out, including daily maintenance,
inspection, minor repairs, medium repairs, and major repairs.
