Equipment Working Principle
Use a pair of opposite rotating circular rollers to crush the
material. The material falls into the gap between the two rollers
through the upper feeding port of the equipment, and is gradually
crushed by the friction force, causing the finished material to
leak out from the lower part. When encountering materials that are
too hard and cannot be broken, the rollers automatically retreat,
increasing the gap between the rollers. The hard materials fall
down, and with the action of hydraulic cylinders or springs, the
rollers return to their original gap to protect the machine. By
adjusting the gap between the two rollers, the maximum particle
size of the product can be controlled.

Matters Needing Attention

machine. When stopping, the program is reversed;
3. Regularly check the condition of the discharge port, and if any
blockage is found, it should be removed;
4. Pay attention to checking the degree of wear on vulnerable parts
and replace worn parts at any time;
5. The machine should not be overloaded and attention should be
paid to electrical instruments at all times;
6. The bearing should be refueled in a timely manner to prevent any
oil leakage inside the bearing;
7. The bearing temperature should be controlled, and the
temperature rise should not be higher than the surrounding air by
25-30 ℃;
8. When placing the movable device on the bottom frame plane, dust
and other materials should be removed to prevent the roller crusher
from encountering materials that cannot be crushed, and the movable
bearings cannot move on the bottom frame, which may lead to serious
accidents.
Equipment Maintenance
1. The bearings of the bearing crusher bear all the load of the
machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the
bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operating
rate of the machine. Therefore, it is required that the injected
lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good.
2. Newly installed wheels are prone to loosening and must be
checked regularly.
3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine are working
properly.
4. Pay attention to checking the degree of wear on easily worn
parts and replace worn parts at any time
5. The bottom frame surface of the movable device should be cleaned
of dust and other objects to prevent the movable bearings from
moving on the frame when the machine encounters unbreakable
materials, which may lead to serious accidents
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped
immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
7. If there is any impact sound during the operation of the
rotating gear, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and
eliminated.
