Working principle of Compound Crusher
Materials are added from the upper port, fall into the crushing cavity, are hit by the high-speed rotating plate hammer, and are quickly thrown to the impact plate. After impact, they are rebounded to the hammer plate and are hit again. Such high-frequency blows and counterattacks gradually cause the materials to be broken from large to small. The smaller materials fall into the lower crushing chamber and are hit by the high-speed rotating dense hammer heads, repeating the upper crushing process. Because the cavity is small, shear stress is exerted on part of the material between the hammer head and the tooth edge of the impact plate, milling is performed, and the fine crushing of the material is accelerated. At the same time, the hammer head drives the material to flow and produces a great grinding effect on each other, further crushing the material until it is broken into the required particle size.
