Product introduction:
Heavy-duty hammer crusher has the advantages of low operating cost,
small supporting power, low production cost, large feed particle
size, large crushing ratio, small product particle size, etc. It is
a crushing equipment widely used in mines.
Heavy-duty hammer crusher crushes materials by collision between
the high-speed hammer body and the materials. Heavy-duty hammer
crusher has a simple structure and high production efficiency. It
does not require primary crushing. It can be crushed in dry and wet
forms. It is suitable for fine crushing of medium-hardness and
brittle materials , cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials,
roads, fuel and other departments.
Heavy-duty hammer crusher can adjust the discharge particle size
according to customer requirements to meet the different needs of
different users.
Working Principle:
The rotor disc of the hammer crusher is driven by the motor to
drive the hammer head to make high-speed circular motion. When the
material enters the crushing chamber, the large pieces of material
are piled on the middle bar specially designed in the machine.
After being crushed, the material with a particle size larger than
the required size is hit along the tangent direction of the hammer
head to the impact plate for further crushing along with the new
material, so that the coarse and medium crushing can be completed
in one step. Finally, the material that meets the requirements is
discharged after being integrated through the grate plate.
