Working principle:
Gantry shear is composed of frame, hydraulic cylinderhydraulic
power system and electrical system, In working principle, the
wastematerial is automatically sent to the cutting position of the
knife edge by conveyorbelt after the material is grabbed to the
feeding box. The feeding speed can beadjusted by the speed
regulating electric machine. Side extrusion cylinder isinstalled on
both sides of the material box. lf large waste materials such as
scrapcars cannot cut the knife edge through gantry shear, the waste
can be squeezedand reduced by side extrusion cylinder, and then
sent to the cutting edge throughthe conveyor platform for cutting.
