Horizontal carbonization furnace is a high-yield carbonization equipment that can efficiently produce charcoal, bamboo charcoal, sawdust charcoal, coconut shell charcoal and other products in one batch. Working principle of carbonization furnace:
Carbonization process: feeding and sealing the furnace,preheating and drying of raw materials,anaerobic carbonization,cooling and charring, a total of four steps. The method of dry distillation carbonization and airflow carbonization is adopted to heat and decompose wood under oxygen-free or low-oxygen conditions. Thermal decomposition and gas combustion produce a large amount of heat, which increases the furnace temperature. The wood material is dry distilled into charcoal at high temperature, producing wood vinegar, wood tar and other components. In addition, the exhaust pipe of the horizontal airflow carbonization furnace can collect flue gas in time and deposit harmful substances. Three cubic meters of methane gas can be produced per kilogram of raw materials. These gases can be used to heat up the furnace. Exhaust can be used for drying heat source. Above 400 degrees is the heat preservation calcination stage. It needs to be sealed and oxygen-free. The fire can be taken from self-combustion cooling or water cooling.
