Product introduction:
The baler is mainly suitable for steel mills, recycling industry
and ferrous metallurgy plants. It can pack various metal scraps,
including steel scraps, scrap iron, scrap aluminum, scrap stainless
steel, scrap copper, etc. The compression box size, packaging size,
and packaging shape (rectangle, octagon, cylinder) can be

cold presses to ensure that the raw materials remain unchanged
during the molding process, which is conducive to further
utilization.
Working principle:
The hydraulic system is the core part of the hydraulic briquetting
machine, which consists of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic cylinder
and pipelines. When the hydraulic system pushes the piston, it will
drive the briquetting template and the briquetting piston to move
together, compressing the loose materials into blocks, and fix them
with the briquetting frame. Put the adjusted raw materials into the
machine feed port, start the control rocker, squeeze the raw
materials, the main hydraulic cylinder pushes and compacts the raw
materials first, and the side hydraulic cylinder pushes and
compacts them again. The pressed material is in the shape you want
and is pushed out from the discharge port.The volume of the
processed materials is consistent and meets the packaging
standards.
