Working Principle:
Put the metal scrap into the compression chamber. The hydraulic
metal baler is equipped with a hydraulic system. When the baler is
started, the hydraulic pump starts to run. When the hydraulic oil
enters the hydraulic cylinder, the piston of the hydraulic cylinder
starts to move forward. The movement of the piston is transmitted
to the metal scrap in the compression chamber through a pressure
plate, subjecting it to strong pressure. When the metal scrap is
subjected to continuous pressure, it is gradually compressed into a
tight block. Release the pressure: When it is necessary to open the
compression chamber, the hydraulic system releases the pressure and
the piston returns to its original position. In this way, the metal
block in the compression chamber can be removed and subsequently
processed and transported.
