Product Description:
Heat pump dryer is a device that uses heat pump technology for

Working Principle:
The heat pump dryer uses heat pump technology to transfer heat from
the external low-temperature environment to the drying room through
the thermal cycle process. It is mainly composed of fin evaporator
(outside unit), compressor, fin condenser (inside unit) and
expansion valve. The working fluid circulates in the system to
complete the processes of evaporation, compression, condensation
and throttling, thereby realizing heat transfer and heating of dry
materials.

1. Low-temperature air closed-cycle drying: The heat pump dryer can
realize low-temperature air closed-cycle drying, so that the
temperature of the hot dry air in the drying room is between 20 and
80°C, meeting the high-quality drying requirements of most

process, volatile components and moisture vaporize together into
the air. When cooled by the condenser, the volatile components are
liquefied, and useful volatile components can be collected and
separated.

heat in the warm and humid air discharged from the drying chamber
for heating. It only needs to input the power consumption of the
heat pump compressor. It has high energy utilization efficiency and
significant energy saving effect.

the working fluid in the evaporator and condenser can be adjusted
to meet the temperature and humidity requirements of the material
and ensure the drying effect and material quality.
5. Environmentally friendly: The drying medium in the heat pump

material dust.
