Product Description:
Mesh belt dryers are widely used in drying equipment in food,
chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. It is composed of
mesh belt, heating system, fan system and other main components,
and uses hot air to continuously dry materials. Drying equipment
for batch and continuous drying heated by electric heating, steam
heating, and hot air heating. The materials on the mesh belt are
gradually heated and dried in the heating chamber, and finally the
required dry product is obtained.
Working Principle:
1. Materials are evenly placed on the mesh belt through the feeding
device.
2. Mesh belt drives the materials to move slowly in the heating
chamber.
3. Heating system generates high-temperature hot air to dry the
materials through heat transfer and hot air.
4. The fan system cooperates with the steam exhaust system to take
moisture away from the material surface.
5. The dried materials are unloaded from the mesh belt for
packaging or further processing.
