Working principle
TONTEN machinery high-voltage electrostatic separator machine uses
mechanical separation method, and does not require chemical testing
and separation liquid. The completely dry separation electrostatic
separator uses the difference in electrical properties of materials
in a high-voltage electric field to achieve the purpose of
separation. When the material is brought to the high-voltage
electric field by the corona electrode through the rotating drum,
the material is subjected to various electrical forces, centrifugal
forces, and gravity. Due to the different electrical properties of
various materials and the different stress states, the materials
fall in different trajectories, thereby separating metal and
non-metal mixtures.
