Egg tray making machine process flow:
1. Pulping system: Put the raw materials into the pulping machine
and add an appropriate amount of water (according to the model
TT3x4 machine ratio, 160 kg paper: 300 kg) and stir for a long time
to turn the waste paper into pulp and then put it into the pulp
storage tank for storage; The pulp in the storage tank is put into
the pulp mixing tank, and the pulp concentration is adjusted in the
pulp mixing tank. The white water in the return tank and the thick
pulp in the storage tank are further stirred by the homogenizer.
After being adjusted into suitable pulp, it is put into the pulp
supply tank to be used in the molding system.

2. Molding system: The pulp in the pulp supply pool is fed into the
molding machine. After being absorbed by the vacuum system, the
pulp is left on the mold through the mold on the equipment to form.
The white water is adsorbed and driven back to the pool through the
vacuum pump; after the mold is absorbed, it is then The transfer
mold uses positive pressure from the air compressor to blow the
molded product from the forming mold to the transfer mold, and then
sends it out from the transfer mold.

3. Drying system: Reciprocating molding machine models are
recommended to be dried naturally.
For large sizes, fully automatic drying is recommended. You can
choose traditional drying (civil tunnel kiln, the heat source can
be natural gas, diesel, coal and other heat sources.) New
multi-layer drying line: (Metal drying line can save 30% energy
compared to transmission drying % or more, the main heat source is
natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas and other clean energy
sources).
4. Auxiliary packaging of finished products: can be selected
according to the specific production conditions of the customer.
