Main equipment of egg tray machine:
1. The pulping system includes pulper; mixer pump, water pump,

2. Molding system: The 4x8 model molding machine has a total of 8
molding templates and a transfer template, equipped with a vacuum
automatic drainage system, a mold washing device and an automatic
product heating system.
3. Drying system: Traditional brick cutting drying system, each
section has an independent air distribution device and can be
independently controlled.
Metal drying: The drying production line dries the formed pulp
molded products and uses fans to extract the evaporated moisture
from the products. The metal drying lines include single-layer
drying lines and multi-layer drying lines.
4. Collecting and packaging system: The dried egg trays, wine
trays, etc. are automatically counted and the product height is
sorted to facilitate storage and transportation.
The raw materials of the egg tray machine are waste paper mainly
including waste cardboard, waste carton paper, waste white edge
paper, paper mill tail pulp waste, etc., which come from a wide
range of sources and are easy to collect. The output is 1000
pieces-6000 pieces/hour.
The required operating personnel are 4 people per shift: 1 person
in the pulping area, 1 person in the molding area, 1 person in the
trolley drying product, and 1 person in the packaging area.
Advantage:
1. The machine is extruded by the cold pressing die during the
suction process, and the moisture in the product will be squeezed
out and sucked away by the vacuum during extrusion, which reduces
the load of the drying room and saves energy.
2. The egg tray machine adopts split transmission design. That is
to say, the transfer, roller and cold pressing parts are completed
by 3 servo motors. It can be turned on individually or jointly.
Since the transfer is individually controlled, the transfer speed
can be greatly increased and the output of a single machine can be
greatly increased.
3. The drum transmission and cold pressing of the pulp forming
machine use servo motors and precision reducers to complete precise
position control, which is not easy to block the network and
improves the utilization rate of the machine.
4. The egg tray machine has a high degree of automation and a high
safety factor. Once the machine fails, the machine will
automatically stop.
