DX8332B Roadway propane combustion performance testing machine
Scope of application: It is mainly used for the propane combustion performance test of
the roadway of the whole core flame retardant conveyor belt of coal
mine fabrics. According to MT914-2008 "Fabric Whole Core Flame
Retardant Conveyor Belt for Coal Mine", the propane combustion
performance of roadway was tested. The powerful exhaust system is
adopted, and the exhaust fan system is started to discharge the
exhaust gas through the water curtain activated carbon purification
treatment to meet the national emission standards.
Main technical parameters:
1 aisle: consists of a chamber, the outer wall of which is
constructed of 25mm refractory material, its inlet size is
460mmx460mm, length: 1676mm, and is connected to an exhaust pipe
with a diameter of 300mm by a stainless steel tapered connector
with a thickness of 1.5mm.
2. Exhaust hood: composed of 1.5mm thick stainless steel, placed
directly above the test chamber, used to extract the flue gas
diffused from outside the furnace mouth during the test process;
3. Bracket: used to place the fixed conveyor belt sample, the test
bench specifications: length 1500mm, width 220mm, height 160mm,
composed of steel rods with a diameter of 10mm.
4. Phenane burner: consists of six combustion injectors with the
injection head inclined inward at an angle of 45°
5. Trial fuel: ≥ 95% filled propane gas (provided by the user);
6. Sample: flame retardant conveyor belt
7. Weighing device: used to weigh the weight of conveyor belt
samples and gas cylinders before and after the test; 30kg/0.001kg
8. anemometer: placed on the center line at 310mm from the chamber
ground and 285mm from the chamber entrance;
9. Thermocouple: K type, outer diameter is not more than 3mm; The
wire diameter is 0.5 mm, the accuracy is not less than Class II.,
and the measuring range is 1300°C;
10. Temperature control system: computer control, the millivolt
signal generated by the thermocouple is sent to the signal
adjustment board, and the analog is converted into a digital signal
through the data acquisition card, and then controlled and reported
by the computer software;
11. Timer: Resolution: 0.1S, error is not more than 1s/h
12. Fuel flow meter: 35~350L/H adjustable control accuracy±2L/h
13. Fuel consumption control accuracy: 565±2g/50min

Equipment composition: It is composed of four parts: the main control box, the blower
device, the combustion bracket, and the burning blowtorch.
The control box is removable.
Air purification of the exhaust fan: After the exhaust duct is
installed in the exhaust duct, the air passes through the roadway,
and the flow rate of the air is controlled by the control valve.
The frame material is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel
square welding, and the control box is made of (t=1.2mm)
electrostatic steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic,
which is more smooth and beautiful.
Blowtorch: SUS304 material, my company self-made.
Control system:
6.1 The control box adopts relay control system, and all electronic
components are made of domestic leading brands, which can better
ensure the working performance and detection accuracy of the
machine.
6.2 The temperature adopts imported intelligent P.I.D. thermostat
(with the function of automatic calculation) and high-precision
PT100 thermocouple sensor and timer.
6.3 The equipment has the following safety protection devices:
power overload protection, short circuit protection, control loop
overload protection, ultra-high temperature protection.
