Scope of application:

It is mainly applicable to determine whether the building materials are flammable under the specified conditions, and all materials that have passed the combustion shaft furnace test and can pass the flammability test of building materials can be determined as flammable building materials.

Combustion shaft furnace: It is composed of combustion chamber, burner, specimen support, air stabilizer and flue

Dimensions: length 1020 x width 1020 x height 3930mm

Combustion chamber: composed of furnace wall and furnace door, inner size: length 800mm, width 800mm, height 2000mm, furnace wall is insulation sandwich structure.

Burner: nozzle inner diameter Ф3.5mm, outer diameter Ф4.5mm. 1000mm from the bottom of the furnace.

Test bracket: 380 mm long x 380 x 1000 mm high, made of angle steel.

Air stabilizer: It is a frame and is arranged below the burner. The bottom is laid with barbed wire, on which is laid fiberglass felt

Flue: It is a square with a side length of 500 mm, located at the top of the stove.

Control part: flow meter, thermocouple, temperature logger and temperature controller

Flowmeter: Methane is adjustable for 6~60L/MIN, air is adjustable for 3~30L/MIN

Case material: The combustion box is made of high-quality (t=1.2mm) 304 stainless steel plate, which is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, and the arc shape is beautiful and generous.

The frame is assembled with aluminum profiles, and the control box is made of high-quality (t=1.2mm) electrostatic steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, which is more smooth and beautiful.

The internal parts are made of 304 stainless steel, which is good anti-rust.
