This machine is a high-speed and high-precision automatic aerosol
caps production equipment. It is suitable for aerosol cones made
from tinplate. The entire sheet is fed from the cylinder feedstock,
automatically positioned and pushed, servo-fed, mechanically
hand-stuffed, servo-fed, can stamped, undergoes multi-station
conversion stamping and forming, curling, lining, drying, automatic
cap ejection, and packaging, all with fully automatic operation and
no manual intervention. The entire line is equipped with CNC
high-precision presses, two-channel conversion presses, a curling
machine, a lining machine, and a drying machine.

The CNC sheet feed press is more productivity with high accuracy.
We provide different tonnage of H-type press with availability of
1-7 heads of mold setting to meet different capacity requirement.
The sheet feeding system is full automatic with robot feeding
system. There will be 4 idle punching, 2 idle punching and 0 idle
punching as optional for different configuration.
