The tester mainly has two functions, namely battery production testing mode and calibration mode. Therefore, the device can be used as an electronic load and a comprehensive testing instrument.

The specific testing items include: testing the open circuit voltage of the battery, AC internal resistance of the battery, continuous charging current, continuous charging voltage, continuous discharge current, continuous discharge voltage, charging overcurrent protection current, discharge overcurrent protection voltage, short circuit protection time, overcurrent delay time, and voltage after testing. The device uses an infrared scanner barcode input (SN) to initiate testing, or automatically initiates testing when voltage is detected.

Scope of application: Suitable for lithium-ion batteries equipped with (CH+P+CH-P -) and a full range of power batteries.
