Coal Oil Gas Phase Vacuum Drying Equipment
Application Scope:
The oil vapor phase drying equipment is mainly used for vacuum
drying treatment of various high-voltage insulation products in the
power transmission and transformation industry, such as UHV
transformers (110kV-1100kV), power capacitors, high-voltage
transformers, high-voltage bushings, cables, etc.
Product Features:
Under vacuum conditions, kerosene is heated and evaporated into
high-temperature kerosene vapor. In the vacuum tank, the vapor
meets the products to be dried at a lower temperature and
condenses, releasing condensation latent heat to heat the products.
The condensed kerosene is collected, reheated and evaporated, and
such a cycle is repeated many times. The temperature of the
workpiece continues to rise, and the moisture in it also
continuously evaporates into water vapor, which is extracted by the
vacuum system. Finally, the goal of thorough drying is achieved.
The heat exchange efficiency of oil vapor phase drying is higher
than any other heating method, and the drying quality is very
stable. It is currently the preferred drying method for
high-voltage insulation products.
