The new cutting blade design uses a servo motor drive, with high speed, stable and accurate movement, smooth cutting, and beautiful contraction. Combined with a label synchronous positioning mechanism, the cutting positioning accuracy can reach up to 1mm. The unique design of the cutting blade holder in the country is suitable for containers ranging from 30mm to 130mm. The cutting blade holder is completely replaceable and debugging free. The origin sensor of the cutting disc is built-in inside the cutting disc, and there is no need to calibrate the position of the synchronous belt when disassembling the cutting disc. The exclusive use of light touch human-machine technology automatically searches for the origin and positioning is safe and convenient, leading similar products.

Using mechanical transmission to drive the positioning belts with bottles on both sides. When changing the specifications of the entire bottle group, the lifting and width of the bottle group are synchronously adjusted using a handwheel to achieve quick and convenient adjustment.
