This machine is a cleaning equipment in the liquid filling production line, mainly used for cleaning glass bottles. This machine is equipped with a screw to enter the bottle. The bottle is washed multiple times inside and outside with pressurized recycled water and purified water, and then cleaned with purified compressed air to remove any remaining water droplets. Each bottle undergoes more than 4 coarse washing sprays and 4 fine washing sprays respectively. The equipment operates smoothly and meets GMP requirements.

The fully automatic flipping bottle washing machine is mainly used for washing plastic bottles and glass bottles with dust and bacteria. It is suitable for pharmaceutical and food manufacturers to automatically wash the dirty dust of bottles before filling.

The bottle is fed into the bottle using a screw bottle splitter, with a screw bottle conveying mechanism, a high rigidity screw adjustment mechanism, and a new type of screw with appropriate length, making the bottle sorting more accurate and stable. The automatic bottle washing machine improves production efficiency. The dial mechanism automatically pulls in and out bottles, and the lower part of the bottle entry and exit dial is designed with a protective device, which automatically stops when the bottle is stuck, protecting the main machine and reducing damage to plastic bottles and glass bottles.
