Install Method:
1. Put it flat on the ground
2. Put up the vertical plate
3. Pull forward the vertical plate after it was put up to some
degree, and make it vertical to the base plate, while the barrier
vertical plate & base plate are hooked to each other.
4. Connect the vertical plate with the base plate by bolts.
