Overall Layout
The machine tool consists of a table, table base, column, beam, and vertical knife frame. The machine base is made of HT250 cast iron and undergoes a meticulous process of resin sand casting, followed by aging treatment (artificial aging and vibration aging). This ensures reliable casting quality without cracks, shrinkage, or white mouth tissue. The castings are treated to maintain a stable structure, ensuring the machine's stability during operation. Chemical composition analysis reports for the molten iron, as well as heat treatment reports and temperature-time curves, are provided as quality certifications.
Main Drive
The main drive consists of a main motor connected to a gear box with 16 gears for speed conversion. The gears in the box undergo quenching and grinding processes to ensure precise and efficient transmission, while minimizing noise and vibration.
Workbench
The workbench is composed of a table, table base, spindle components, and transmission mechanism. The table and table base are processed as a single unit through casting. The table guide surface is fitted with an aluminum alloy guide plate, and pressure oil is injected between the guide rails to create a dynamic pressure rail system. This design allows for high load capacity and precise rotation.
Beam
The beam moves vertically along the column and consists of a knife feed drive mechanism, beam clamping mechanism, and hydraulic device. An automatic lubricating oil pump is installed on the beam to lubricate the rail surface as needed.
