Introduce
The PCB Unloader is an automated device used to unload completed
printed circuit boards (PCBs) from the production line.
It mainly has the following functions:
Automatically identify and locate PCBs and safely unload them onto
output trays or pallets. This improves work efficiency and
operational safety.
It can be automatically adjusted according to the size and shape of
the PCB to adapt to different types of PCBs. This increases the
device's versatility and flexibility.
Equipped with sensors and control systems, it can monitor the
status and operation of the PCB in real time and issue alarms or
take corrective measures in a timely manner.
A variety of safety protection measures are integrated, such as
anti-collision, anomaly detection, etc., to ensure that the PCB
will not be damaged during the unloading process.
It can realize linkage control with other equipment on the
production line to form an automated production process.
