One End Reinforced Semi-Floating Oil Hose
Application: Floating offshore oil hose is designed for transporting crude oil and liquid petroleum products between loading and unloading vessels on offshore mooring systems.

Safety Liner: Special construction to prevent defects or damage due to accidental tearing or surface damage of the main liner
Reinforcement Material: Multi-layer high-strength textile cord. One embedded spiral main body steel wire, black synthetic rubber smooth and oil resistant.
Main Carcass Main Liner/Inner Tube: Smooth, oil and fuel resistant pure seamless and extruded acrylonitrile-butadiene-rubber (NBR)
Single and Dual Carcass Floating Material: Closed Cell Foam.
Casing: Smooth black synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, oil, sea water and sunlight. Spiral orange strap.
Fittings: Terminal connections built in during manufacturing. ASME B 16.5 150 lb or 300 lb weld neck flat or convex as required.
Testing: All tests as per GMPHOM 2009 and customer details.
Features: 1. Connect to FPSO discharge facilities 2. Rated working pressure: 21 bar 3. Minimum reserve buoyancy
