Brown Fused Alumina, also known as brown corundum, is a highly

bauxite in an electric arc furnace at high temperatures, resulting
in a brownish coloured product with high hardness and extreme

During the production process, bauxite is melted in a tilting
electric arc furnace, creating a product with exceptional
temperature resistance, erosion resistance, machinery strength, and
thermal stability. This makes it an excellent raw material for the
manufacturing of shaped refractories.
The unique properties of brown fused alumina are attributed to its
high purity, good crystallization, strong fluidity, low coefficient
of linear expansion, and corrosion resistance. These
characteristics have been verified by dozens of fire-proof
production companies, with the product exhibiting no explosion,
chalking, or cracking during application.
In particular, brown fused alumina offers a much higher
cost-effectiveness compared to traditional brown corundum, making
