1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic beads is also called as Zirconia sand,it is one high
efficiency and environment-friendly
blasting media.
Compared with glass beads, ceramic beads can be recycled for 70-90
times, and its service life
is about 25 times of glass beads. Ceramic microbeads has a low
breaking rate in the whole blasting
process. The unbroken beads still maintain its original properties,
which can save the feeding time
and achieve one more uniform blasting effect.
In addition, there is little dust generated during blasting
process, providing a clean and bright blasting
condition, also keep the workers away from the hidden danger of
silicosis, and reduce the cost of solid
waste treatment.
Ceramic beads can be widely used in metal surface finishing,
plastic parts, rubber parts,it is an ideal
blasting media.
