Ceramic bead blasting is one round solid beads,widely used in
surface finish for metal and plastic parts.
It has the outstanding features of high hardness,high strength,low
break-down rate,products blasted by
ceramic beads will achieve more consistent and matte blasting
effect.

4. Precautions for using ceramic Beads
Store in dry and clean indoor environment;
Temperature 20±15℃ and humidity 45-85%;
Valid within 3 years after the production date;
Please use up within 30 days after unpacking;
Please wear mask to avoid inhalation of dust.

The main composition of ceramic beads is ZrO2,which is fine crystal
particles,whose diameter is about
1-2μm ,it is in tile shape,distributed on the substrate of SIO2.so
it has
better wear-resistance and impact resistance. Meanwhile,its
strength and hardness is also guaranteed.
In addition,ceramic beads has low breakdown rate,it will provide
one clean and bright working condition,
most importantly,the worker will escape from the hidden danger of
Silicosis.
