The Zirconium Ceramic (Beads) Blasting Media is manufactured by
high grade zirconium sand in electro
furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees,its unique
chemical composition and special physical
property makes it to be a high wear and fracture-resistant blasting
media.

3.Main Product Features of Zirconium Ceramic (Bead) Blasting Media
High efficiency and long service life,which is 20-30 times compared
with the one of glass beads when
treating the same parts,then reduce the refueling times and finally
save the overall product cost;
Good blasting effect : The workpiece treated by ceramic beads will
also achieve better visual effect and
texture as well as lower toughness compared with the one treated by
glass beads.

quickly shot to the treatment surface,

strength and fatigue resistance
