1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic beads is also called as ceramic microgranules with round
and smooth grains,which is one
clean and high efficient blasting media.
Ceramic beads selects the high quality zircon sand as main
materials,then fused in arc furnace under high temperature over
2000 degrees,finally made into different particle size through
special technology by the process of cooling,screening,magnetic
separation,inspection,packing.

4. Why ceramic blasting media is especially suitable for metal

which can be rebounded in multi-angles in the blasting process;
Secondly,ceramic beads has a lower breakdown rate, which can
restore the original color of the metal, finally
obtain one more uniform visual blasting effect;

the workpiece, and make it more flatter,also
make small rounded corners at the junction of the
work-pieces,finally improve its precision.
