1.Product Description of Ceramic Beads Zirconia Blasting Media
Ceramic Beads also named as zirconia blasting beads,the main
chemical composition is about 62-66%
ZrO2,25-30% SiO2,7-13% Al2O3,it selects the zirconium sand as main
materials, melting in an electric
furnace,then made by special technology to different particle
sizes.
It has the characteristic of high hardness,high toughness,good
spherical, high strength,low breakdown
rate,no silicosis danger. Then it is widely used as one blasting
media to replace the glass beads.
