It is suggested to choose one smaller ceramic beads when you are
planning to replace the glass beads you
used before since ceramic beads has higher density and impact
strength compared with glass beads for
treating one same workpiece.
6. Precautions for using ceramic beads
When using ceramic beads for the first time, please open 1/3 to 1/2
of the dust collector,
Because ceramic beads need to recover wind during the sandblasting
process.
It is not easy to be breakdown and the non-borken beads will keep
its original properties,people do not need
to refuel it frequently,that is different from the one of glass
beads.
