Z100-Z850
Ceramic bead is one white and round ball,which is made from
zirconium sand in one electric
furnace under high temperature over 2000℃,then made into different
micro bead through the
special technology.
It is also called as ceramic sand,it is one popular blasting media
both in military and civilian fields.
Ceramic Bead blasting is one process to roughen and clean the
substrate through the impact of
high-speed sand flow. Under the power of compressed air, ceramic
bead is sprayed by a high-speed
jet beam to the treatment surface.Then the surface and shape of
treatment will be changed due to the
cutting& impact resistance of ceramic bead,to achieve the expected
cleanliness.
