1. Foaming agent and shrink resistant agent
In order to meet the requirement of the environment, Freon foaming
agent has to be replaced gradually. Distilled Glycerin Monostearate
is the foaming agent for polyethylene and polystyrene. It functions
much better if admixed with butane. Products inlayed with Distilled
Glycerin Monostearate are peculiar in smooth & clean exterior and
no contractibility.
2. Lubricant and antistatic agent
Distilled Glycerin Monostearate is the excellent lubricant that
diminishes the friction among the polymer molecules so as to
decrease the polymer melt viscosity and increase the flow ability.
Distilled Glycerin Monostearate features in good antistatic
resistance that is able to decline the formation and accumulation
of static electricity.
3. Atomization resistant agent. Dribble resistant agent
A new technical to make the surface of plastic products more smooth
and the color brighter.
For food use: it's good emulsifier and stabilizer for cake, bread,
instant noodles, biscuit, candy, chocolate, inc cream, milk,
