Zirconium silicate ceramic balls and beads as ceramic grinding
media which are made fromgood quality zircon sand by sintering
technology. We provide our customers zirconium silicate grindidng
medias of both high compressive strength and low abrasiveness.
Compared with alumina and glass balls, zirconium silicate grinding
media balls have the advantages of low abrasiveness and high
toughness.
It has uniform and dense microcrystal structure,which is one
cost-effective grinding media compared with 95 zirconia beads.

3. Features of Zirconium Silicate Beads (65 Zirconia Beads)
As ceramic grinding media, the zirconium silicate ceramic balls have the following features:

Compared with 95 Yttrium stabilized zirconia beads, 65 zirconia

4. Applications of 65 Zirconia Beads Ceramic Grinding Media
65 zirconium silicate beads can be used for material grinding,
polishing abrasives, sand mills, stirring mills, vibration
polishing machine, eddy current machines.
As ceramic grinding media, it is widely used in medium-hard particles' dispersion and grinding in the paste
whose viscosity ranges from low to medium.
They also be used in superfine grinding of calcium carbonate,
kaolin, titanium dioxide, pesticides, coatings, paints.
