Product Introduction

This product is a reverse emulsifier, a composite polymer water treatment agent with a large number of positive charge groups on the molecular main chain, which is a uniquely performing cationic polymer. It has a strong reverse emulsification capacity, can effectively improve the interfacial tension of oil in water (W/O) or water in oil (O/W) emulsions, causing the oils or colloidal particles in wastewater to lose their stable repulsive and attractive forces, and ultimately destabilize and form flocs. Further chemical bridging completes the separation of oil and water and harmful impurities in the wastewater, achieving the purposes of oil recovery and wastewater purification. The emulsifier can effectively break water-in-oil type emulsions, shorten the oil-water separation time, is miscible with water, and is effective over a wide pH range.

• Oil-water separation of coking wastewater from coking plants
• Oil-water separation of animal and vegetable oil wastewater from leather and fur production
• Removal of organic substances from chemical high-concentration organic wastewater

Physical and Chemical Properties

Usage Method

Add the product directly to the wastewater as is or in diluted form, then stir and settle. The effect is better when used in combination with PAC and PAM. The appropriate pH for use is 5-12, with significant demulsification and flocculation effects around pH=9. The dosing location is generally chosen in the rapid mixing pool of the sewage treatment process. The dosage depends on the type of wastewater, generally around 50-1000ppm.

Safety, Packaging, and Storage

• Safety: This product should avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water without delay.
• Packaging: Packaged in 25kg and 200kg plastic drums, or according to user requirements.
• Storage: Should be stored in a cool place, with a shelf life of one year.
