1. Introuduction
Our advanced Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system is designed
to efficiently reduce NOx emissions from coalbed methane generator
sets, ensuring compliance with Euro II through Euro V standards.
The system utilizes a urea-based (AdBlue) reducing agent, which
reacts with NOx in the presence of a high-performance
honeycomb-structured SCR catalyst, converting harmful pollutants
into nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O)—completely harmless to the
environment and human health.

1. High-Efficiency SCR Catalyst
Honeycomb Ceramic Monolithic Design: Coated with vanadium
(V₂O₅-WO₃/TiO₂) or zeolite (Cu/Fe-zeolite) catalysts for maximum
NOx conversion (>90%).
Wide Operating Temperature Range (200–450°C): Enhanced
low-temperature activity for stable performance under variable
loads.
Poisoning Resistance: Special formulations prevent sulfur (H₂S) and
soot degradation, ensuring long-term durability.
2. Smart Urea Dosing & Control System
Real-Time NOx Monitoring: Upstream/downstream NOx sensors provide
feedback for precise AdBlue injection.
Adaptive Dosing Algorithm: Maintains optimal NH₃/NOx ratio
(0.9–1.1) to maximize NOx reduction while
minimizing ammonia slip (<10 ppm).
OBD Compliance (Euro IV/V): Integrated On-Board Diagnostics for
fault detection (e.g., urea level, catalyst efficiency loss).
3. Optimized Exhaust Flow & Mixing
Static Mixers & Turbulators: Ensure uniform NH₃/NOx distribution
before entering the catalyst, improving reaction efficiency.
Thermal Management: Insulated exhaust piping maintains optimal SCR
operating temperature (250–400°C), even at low engine loads.
4. Compact & Robust Packaging
Integrated Muffler Design: The SCR catalyst is packaged within the
engine exhaust muffler, saving space and simplifying installation.
Corrosion-Resistant Housing: Stainless steel or aluminized steel
construction for harsh environments.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown
cartons Or wooden cases and foam. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your
authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the
photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CRF, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your
advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We
can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but
the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.
