SCR technology uses ammonia gas generated from urea aqueous solution to purify NOx. urea aqueous solution is a very complex reaction system, and the catalyst itself has a temperature window. generally, the catalyst can meet the requirements of high temperature operation, but the activity of the catalyst is very low at low temperature, which poses a huge problem for the catalyst. When the bus runs at low speed for a long time, or when the vehicle is just started, the exhaust gas temperature is about 200 C, even lower than 200 C, the light-off temperature of vanadium-based catalyst is 250°C, the purification effect is poor, and the NOx emission exceeds the standard. Therefore, the development of new SCR catalysts with good low-temperature catalytic activity by using low-toxic materials has become a research hotspot in related fields in China, among which molecular sieve catalytic materials are particularly active.

(2)Many studies have found that Cu-based or Cu-Fe-based molecular sieve catalysts have high activity for NOx decomposition and have broad application prospects. Copper and iron are used as active components and supported on molecular sieves through repeated equal volume impregnation, and the low temperature effect is good. Copper-based molecular sieve catalyst was prepared by ion exchange method. The mixed solution of copper acetate and cerium ammonium nitrate was prepared, and then ZSM-5 molecular sieve carrier was added into the mixed solution to stir. Finally, the copper-based molecular sieve catalyst was obtained after drying and roasting. The obtained copper-based molecular sieve catalyst was very efficient for NH3-SCR reaction at 200 C-500 C, and had good water and sulfur resistance and stability.
