Penetrating agent is not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali,
heavy metal salt and reducing agent. It penetrates quickly and
evenly, and has good wetting, emulsifying and foaming properties.
The effect is best when temperature is below 40 degrees, and the pH
value between 5 and 10.
