energy during a phase transition, typically from solid to liquid,
to precisely regulate temperature.
Our solid PCM for battery thermal management, enhanced with high
thermal conductivity through graphite composite, acts as a crucial
shield for the thermal safety management of Li-ion batteries. These
PCMs intelligently sense and monitor the temperature system in
real-time, becoming soft to absorb overload or overcharged heat
energy. This energy is then stored, and when the battery cells
cool, the stored energy is released to the ambient environment.
This principle simply involves absorbing surplus heat generated by
faulty Li-ion cells, with the PCM's temperature preset according to
