How to Improve Apple Colour?
The concentration of anthocyanins is an important decisive factor
in the color of fruit. In addition to anthocyanins, apples also
contain many compounds, such as chlorophyll, carotene and
flavonoids, which can mix together to form apples. The accumulation
of colorful sinosins in apple fruits is affected by the
environment, nutrition and orchard management factors, mature
