NQMQ 4.2 MPa FM200 Pipe Network Type Automatic Fire Extinguishing
System Without Pollution
The FM200 fire extinguishing system can be classified into 4.2 MPa
and 5.6 MPa based on pressure levels. This gas exhibits excellent
cleanliness, requires minimal storage space, does not harm the
ozone layer, complies with environmental protection requirements,
and possesses colorless, tasteless, non-conductive properties that
prevent secondary pollution. Moreover, it ensures fast and
efficient fire suppression characteristics which are particularly
advantageous for safeguarding electrical and electronic equipment
installations, communication systems, areas with flammable liquids
and gases as well as high-value assets frequently occupied by
individuals.
The NQMQ FM200 system is a safe fire extinguishing system designed
to work at 4.2 MPa or 5.6 MPa. Its extinguishing agent HFC-227ea is
liquefied and stored in high strength steel cylinders. When a fire
breaks out,HFC-227ea is discharged within 10 seconds and
distributed to the protected areas through fixed piping and nozzles
for fire suppression. By using selector valves,a single storage
system can be designed to protect several areas.
The main part of the system is fire fighting equipment. It is
formed by several components: fm200 cylinders, a cylinder frame,
nitrogen-pressure driving devices, a driving device frame,
container valves, flexible hoses, liquid flow check valves, gas
control pipes, gas flow check valves, manifolds, safety valves,
selective valves, flanges, elbows and nozzles.

There are a lot of advantages of the single zone fm200 fire
suppression system compared to other fire suppression system.
1/ It is the single zone fm200 fire suppression system that can
protect the largest volume among the fm200 fire suppression system.
Only a single zone system can protect at most 3600 cubic meters.
2/ Using single zone fm200 fire suppression system can help saving
money. Obviously, using several systems are more expensive than
only using one.
3/ It helps saving place. Because it needs a separate room outside
but next to the protected zone, so it won’t waste the places in the
protected zone.
4/ The single cylinder has large capacity. It has 120l, 150l, and
180l capacity.
