Main Equipment

Washing and Sorting Machine
Various types of washing machines are available, including bubble washers, spray washers, brush washers, and more. The type and model can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Destoning Machine
The GFM-FD series fruit destoning machine is primarily utilized for separating pulp from the shells of passion fruits.

Pulper & Refiner
This equipment is suitable for processing a variety of fruits such as tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes, apples, and more. It functions to separate fruit pulp from waste by pulping and seed removal.

Evaporator/Concentration
There are two main types of evaporators: forced circulation evaporators and falling film evaporators. The forced circulation evaporator is used for concentrating high-viscosity products like fruit pastes (e.g., tomato paste, peach paste). Conversely, falling film evaporators are ideal for concentrating low-viscosity products like fruit juices and milk.

Sterilizer
The sterilization temperature and duration are adjustable with this machine. It can heat fruit or vegetable juice/paste/pulp to high temperatures (approximately 115°C), maintain it for 30 seconds, and swiftly cool it to ambient temperature. The UHT sterilizer helps preserve the taste and nutritional content of fruits or vegetables effectively.

Aseptic Filler
The automatic aseptic filling machine is specifically designed for liquid aseptic filling, offering a compact footprint, high operational stability, and user-friendly operation. Aseptic filling machines are commonly used for packaging fluid foods like juices, pulps, and jams aseptically. These products can be stored at room temperature for over a year, eliminating the need and risks associated with cryogenic refrigerated transportation.
